Missing Person: Earnest Edward Francis, Male, Native Place: West VirginiaNew Martinsville, Date of Birth: 11/08/1978, Earnest left his mother's house at 3:00pm on May 4, 2011 with his oldest children in his brothers 2004 blue chevy tracker. He went to Wellspring for the kids appointments in New Martinsville, WV.About 5:20 p they were finished, he told his wife he was going to get gas & go to his work place. At 5:36p he called his mother's house to ask his brother if it was alright to use his vehicle to go to his work place. He is on camera at the Speedy gas station. He did not make it to his work place. He did not come back home, call, text, or answer our calls/texts. On may 6th his mother called his work place and he had not been there. His Dad went on his motorcycle to look for him, about 2:00 pm he found the tracker at the hydro dam.
